In cooperation with TIAA-CREF and 9NEWS, the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation's Colorado Leadership Alliance (CLA) Luncheon recognizes the outstanding collegiate leaders of the CLA and features the announcement of the 9NEWS Leader of the Year. This year, we were pleased to recognize Eric Duran, vice president of D.A. Davidson & Co. as the 9NEWS Leader of the Year.
Also honored was Jacqueline Bell, a student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs as the CLA Student Leader of the Year, presented by the Boettcher Foundation. The Boettcher Foundation and the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation created the CLA Student Leader of the Year Award to recognize those students who have demonstrated academic excellence and intellectual curiosity, extraordinary support of their campus leadership program, exceptional service to their school and broader community, and outstanding character and personal resilience.
Thank you to those who joined us at the CLA luncheon on Tuesday, April 6th to honor these outstanding individuals and to meet Colorado's future leaders, the bright young students of the Colorado Leadership Alliance.
We hope that you may be willing to support some of the state's outstanding young leaders by considering a corporate table sponsorship for the Colorado Leadership Alliance Luncheon again next year.
Net proceeds from the luncheon provide funding for program support of the Colorado Leadership Alliance.
